Replaces the nifty PHP function mime_coment_type which does not exist on the gentoo version of PHP due to a misunderstanding between the words 'deprecated' and 'eliminate with extreme prejudice'.

There can be no meaningful explanation for why something so simple and useful was removed and replaced with something much more complicated.
