About Andromeda
Andromeda is a programmer productivity tool, our only measure of success is how much we can reduce labor and increase quality. We want to help you to get it done, get it right.
Andromeda's primary unique feature is our incredibly powerful data dictionary, which allows you to radically apply the D-R-Y (don't repeat yourself) principle when creating applications. This feature is not present in any other framework that we have found, and it will change the way you work on projects that require powerful database features.
The Andromeda philosophy is to help or get out of the way. Andromeda has features to speed up accurate development at the database level, PHP level, and in the browser, but the programmer can always 'escape the box' without fear of a dictorial framework.
Looking for Team Members
The Andromeda Project is looking for some new team members...we could use the following:
- PHP Developers
- Postgres Guru's
- Graphical Designers
Once the team is formed we will start working on Andromeda 2.0 which will rebuild everything from the ground up except for the DB builder.

Changes Coming
I've got some exciting news. I've started working on moving the default theme for Andromeda to Twitter Bootstrap, this will also include updating/refactoring the core Andromeda JS Libraries, which in turn should improve application performance and over make the client side code cleaner.

Triangulum Alpha 2
We are pleased to announce the release of Triangulum Alpha 2. Alpha 2 introduces the ability to do differentials between builds. Head on over to the google code page and check it out.
Triangulum Alpha Release
The initial Alpha release of the Triangulum Database framework is out. http://code.google.com/p/triangulum-db it is just a database builder right now but we've documented it quite a bit.
Exciting News
We have some very exciting news to report. We will be releasing a standalone database builder very early in the new year, and by very early we are hoping to mean January 1st. This will be the first steps towards a new/refined framework. So look for evern more exciting news in the coming months!
